This policy covers the Mansify website at mansify.app ("the site"). Mansify is an independent software studio. What we collectما نجمعه

The site collects personal information in two places only: the optional waitlist form (see The waitlist) and the support form (see Support messages). Apart from them there is nothing to fill in. What stays on your deviceما يبقى على جهازك

If you switch the language or the light/dark mode, your browser remembers that choice in its local storage, so the site opens the same way next time. Other services that load the siteخدمات أخرى تُحمّل الموقع

Like any website, the site needs a few outside services to reach you. Each of them receives the technical details every web request carries, such as your IP address and browser type:مثل أي موقع، يحتاج الموقع إلى بعض الخدمات الخارجية ليصل إليك. وتتلقى كل خدمة منها البيانات التقنية التي يحملها أي طلب على الإنترنت، مثل عنوان IP ونوع المتصفح:

• Google Fonts serves the fonts the site uses.Google Fonts: توفّر الخطوط التي يستخدمها الموقع.
• Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits: which pages are opened, the site that sent you there, your country, your device type and browser, and how fast the pages load. It uses no cookies, stores nothing on your device, does not follow you across other sites and does not tell us who you are. These companies handle that data under their own privacy policies. The waitlistقائمة الانتظار

If you type your email into a "Notify me" form, we save that email, which product you asked about, the language of the page and the date. We use it only to email you when that product (or, from the home page, a new Mansify product) launches. We never sell or share it, and we never add you to anything else. The list is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. To stop a short burst of automatic sign-ups, Cloudflare briefly counts requests from your connection; your IP address is not saved with your email. Support messagesرسائل الدعم

If you send a message with a product's support form, we receive the topic you chose, your email address, your message, the product, the language of the page and the date (and whether you wrote just after removing the extension). We use them only to reply to you and to fix problems. The message is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database and sent to our inbox through Cloudflare Email Routing and Google's Gmail. As with the waitlist, Cloudflare briefly counts requests from your connection to stop automatic messages; your IP address is not saved. We keep messages only as long as we need them, and we delete them if you ask at support@mansify.app.إذا أرسلت رسالة من نموذج الدعم الخاص بأحد المنتجات، يصلنا الموضوع الذي اخترته، وبريدك الإلكتروني، ورسالتك، واسم المنتج، ولغة الصفحة، والتاريخ (وهل كتبت بعد إزالة الإضافة مباشرة). ونستخدمها فقط للرد عليك وإصلاح المشكلات. تُحفظ الرسالة في قاعدة بيانات Cloudflare D1، وتُرسل إلى بريدنا عبر Cloudflare Email Routing وGmail من Google. وكما في قائمة الانتظار، تَعُدّ Cloudflare الطلبات القادمة من اتصالك لفترة قصيرة لمنع الرسائل الآلية، ولا يُحفظ عنوان IP. ونحتفظ بالرسائل ما دمنا نحتاج إليها فقط، ونحذفها إذا طلبت ذلك على support@mansify.app.

If you write to contact@mansify.app or support@mansify.app, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to send. We use it only to reply to you and to help with your request. Our email is delivered through Cloudflare Email Routing and Google's Gmail.
